This Regulating Toner is a mild alcohol-free formulation that contains botanical extracts of rosemary, ylang-ylang and witch hazel. It effectively removes all traces of cleanser and restores the acid pH level of the skin. The addition of magnesium ascorbyl phosphate (M.A.P.), a Vitamin C derivative, offers outstanding antioxidant properties.
